(BNP) - The Provincial People's Committee has just signed Decision approving the Master Plan of the Project to invest in the construction of a tourism, trade and general service center in Vo Cuong ward, Bac Ninh city.

The land for investment in the construction of the Tourism, Trade and General Service Center in Vo Cuong Ward was granted a Land Use Right Certificate by the Provincial People's Committee in 2019, with an area of about 2,403.4 m2; the Northwest borders Le Thai To Street, the Northeast borders Hoang Hoa Tham Street, the South and Southwest borders the existing residential area traffic route. According to the planning, this is a complex, a block of main functions according to the investment policy including shops, offices and general trade services.
Planning, architectural, and technical infrastructure indicators must meet current norms and laws; the maximum construction density is 68%. The blocks and complexes of main functions are combined into a mixed-use building that includes a 1- and 3-story base block, as well as a 20-story tower block; modern architectural form that blends in with the surrounding architectural space and landscape, creating a focal point on Le Thai To Street and the urban area.
In terms of architectural space organization, the project is designed with flexible space for commercial and service areas, ensuring the scale of use of functional areas for business, general commercial services, and offices, while also satisfying the city's service and utility needs. In addition, the landscape and garden space are created in a modern style, with more space for planting trees and creating an ecological atmosphere.
The technological infrastructure system is built in a synchronized and modern manner, connecting to the technical infrastructure of surrounding projects. External traffic planning, in particular, occurs outside of the project boundaries, with the project's primary goal being to arrange internal roads, yards, gardens, outdoor parking lots, entrances and exits linking with functional areas that are accessible to external traffic.
The approval of the proposal for the Tourism, Trade and General Service Center in Vo Cuong Ward, Bac Ninh City contributes to promoting the socio-economic development of the province, creating more modern commercial and service space, meeting the needs of the people.
