1st Bac Ninh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest launches
(BNP) - On February 19, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations held the launching ceremony of the 1st Bac Ninh Provincial Technical Innovation Contest in 2025 at Nguyen Van Cu Political School.

The Bac Ninh Provincial Technical Innovation Competition aims to promote the movement of creative labor competition, promote initiatives and technical improvements of the people; promptly honor organizations and individuals with technical innovations in various fields that have been deployed and effectively applied technical solutions, thereby, contributing to promoting the socio-economic development, national defense and security of the province.
Contestants include domestic and foreign organizations and individuals working and living in Vietnam with technical solutions created and applied in Bac Ninh province from 2019 onwards, who have not participated in the contest or have participated in other contests and awards but have not won. Technical solutions for the contest are registered in 6 fields: information technology, electronics, telecommunications; mechanics, automation, construction, transportation; materials, chemicals, energy; agriculture, forestry, fishery; resources and environment; medicine; education and training.
The contest will be held from January to November 2025. The Organizing Committee will receive entries until June 30, 2025; summarize and award 01 First Prize worth VND 40,000,000; 02 Second Prizes, each worth VND 30,000,000; 03 Third Prizes, each worth VND 20,000,000; 04 Consolation Prizes, each worth VND 8,000,000.
Speaking at the ceremony, Vice Chairman Nguyen Anh Tuan urged the contest's Organizing Committee to actively encourage organizations, individuals, scientists, and businesses to respond and participate in the contest, bringing many good ideas, practical, and effective solutions, thereby, promoting the movement of scientific and technological research and innovation, as well as collaborating and contributing to the future development of Bac Ninh - Kinh Bac.
On this occasion, the Provincial Union of Science and Technology Associations launched the 1st Youth and Children's Creativity Contest in 2025.
