Bac Ninh athlete attends Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games

(BNP) - The 32nd Olympic Games will take place in Tokyo, Japan from July 23 to August 8, 2021.

The Vietnamese sports delegation attends the Tokyo 2020 Olympics with the participation of 43 members, including 25 officials, coaches, experts and 18 athletes. Bac Ninh province has Boxer Nguyen Van Duong of Bac Ninh province participate in Boxing at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.

The delegation will compete in 16 men's and women's singles and some women's doubles, including: Nguyen Huy Hoang, Nguyen Thi Anh Vien (swimming); Thach Kim Tuan, Hoang Thi Duyen (weightlifting); Nguyen Thi Thanh Thuy (judo); Hoang Xuan Vinh (shooter); Nguyen Tien Minh, Nguyen Thuy Linh (badminton); Nguyen Thi Tam, Nguyen Van Duong (boxing); Le Thanh Tung, Dinh Phuong Thanh (gymnastics); Truong Thi Kim Tuyen (taekwondo); Do Thi Anh Nguyet, Nguyen Hoang Phi Vu (archery); Quach Thi Lan (athletics); Luong Thi Thao, Dinh Thi Hao (women's doubles rowing).

The delegation will come to Japan on July 18, 2021. Up to this point, the Vietnam Sports Delegation has been vaccinated with 2 doses of Covid-19 vaccine and will be tested twice more within 72 hours before departure.
