Bac Ninh has 35 projects eligible for housing sale, lease and purchase

(BNP) - According to statistics of the Department of Construction, the province currently has 35 projects eligible for housing sale, lease and purchase under the Law on Real Estate Business 2014.

Commercial center, hotel and luxury apartment project for sale of Bong Sen Bac Ninh Joint Stock Company at intersection 6.

Accordingly, Bac Ninh city has 10 projects; Tu Son town is 12 projects; Yen Phong district is 8 projects; Tien Du district and Que Vo district are 02 projects; Thuan Thanh district is 01 project.

The province also has 06 projects eligible to mobilize capital under the Housing Law 2014, including project of urban and service area  in the West of Cho township, subdivision A- Zone 3 (phase 1); project of housing area of Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district (Area 1 - Area B); project of housing area of Yen Trung commune, Yen Phong district (Area 1 - Area A); project of housing area of Mao Dien commune, Thuan Thanh district; project of housing area at Lien Ap village, Viet Doan commune, Tien Du district; project of Tu Son urban and service area.
