Division of receiving and returning administrative procedures’ result of Vo Cuong ward opened since April 24^th with criterions "Link - Modern - Friendly - Effective" is the unit chosen by People's Committee of Bac Ninh city to evaluate the working effectiveness and expand the model to the whole city. The division is currently implementing 75 administrative procedures in 04 areas including Office, Justice, Labor – Invalids & Social Affairs, Natural Resources & Environment. It has received nearly 700 dossiers from citizens and enterprises so far to carry out administrative procedures and an average of from 100 to 120 people per day.

Directly visiting facilities and activities of the Division, Chairman Nguyen Tu Quynh praised the working spirit of officials and civil servants for serving people. He suggested them to continue rising their sense of responsibility, actively studying and fostering their professional skills, meeting requirements in the new situation.

People's Committee of Bac Ninh city assigned the city’s Public Administration Center to keep on paying attention to and guiding Vo Cuong ward to carry out administrative procedures on software system, gradually modernize equipment, computerize all administrative transactions, and provide high-level online public services, thus contributing to building a public, professional administration system.
