Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan attends inauguration ceremony of the expansion project of Thuan Thanh Town Medical Center
(BNP) - On the morning of February 3 (the 6th day of the Lunar New Year), Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the inauguration ceremony of the expansion project of Thuan Thanh Town Medical Center. This project commemorates the 95th anniversary of the formation of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930 - 2025).

Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council along with leaders of a number of departments, branches and Thuan Thanh town also attended the ceremony.
The Bac Ninh Civil and Industrial Construction Investment Project Management Board (Department of Construction) is investing in the construction and expansion of Thuan Thanh Town Medical Center, which will include 300 hospital beds and cost more than VND 300 billion. The project consists of the following major components: technical and professional building blocks, infectious disease building blocks, funeral home items, pharmacy building block renovations, nutrition department, technological infrastructure, internal roads and yards, and so on.

After more than 2 years of implementation, the project's technical and professional building was finished two months ahead of time, as specified in the contract, ensuring quality, technical aesthetics, environmental cleanliness, labor safety, and fire prevention and fighting.

During the project implementation, the investor always complied with the provisions of the Law on Public Investment, the Law on Construction, and the Law on Bidding. The selection of design and construction contractors is organized through open bidding on the National Bidding Network.
Once finished, the project will upgrade the physical facilities of Thuan Thanh Town Medical Center, satisfying the needs of the local and surrounding communities for medical examination, treatment, and health care.
