Contest for firefighting and rescue profession “Inter-family fire safety group” organized
(BNP) – The Provincial People’s Committee just issued Plan No. 41/KH-UBND on organizing a Contest for firefighting and rescue profession “Inter-family fire safety group” (Contest) in 2024.

According to the Plan, the Contest is divided into 2 levels: provincial and district levels including 2 subjects. Theory-answering questions about fire prevention and rescue knowledge; and practice fire fighting, rescuing people and moving assets for housing combined with production and business are included.
The district-level contest will be completed before April 21, 2024. Each commune-level unit establishes a participating team of 13 members.
The provincial-level contest is expected to take place in May 2024 at Kinh Bac Cultural Center, Bac Ninh city. The number of teams participating in the Contest includes 08 teams that win team prizes at the district-level contest. The team that wins first prize at the provincial-level contest will represent Bac Ninh province to participate in the 2nd Competition Round - Region II, which includes 11 provinces and cities and is held in Nam Dinh province.
The Contest is one of the practical activities to propagandize and contribute to building and duplicating the “inter-family fire safety group” and “public fire fighting point” with the aim of promoting the movement of all people participating in fire prevention and rescue. At the same time, it is also an opportunity to supplement knowledge, capacity, and skills in handling fire and explosion situations, save people and property for household members under the “inter-family fire safety group”; and effectively promote the “four on-the-spot” motto in handling fire and explosion situations.
