Receiving and working with the delegation were Mr.  Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the PPC, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Mr. Ha Sy Tiep, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission and leaders of relevant sectors.

From the beginning of the term until now, the mass mobilization work of the Provincial Party Committee has completed the action program to implement the Resolution of the 2020th Provincial Party Congress, term 2025 and Central documents; contribute to strengthening and innovating the Party's leadership over mass mobilization work, improving the quality and effectiveness of mass mobilization work of the Provincial Party Committee. The mass mobilization system at all levels promotes its core role, advising and helping party committees direct organizations in the political system to effectively carry out work tasks.

The Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission advised and issued 61 documents related to mass mobilization work (including 3 projects, 35 documents, 23 preliminary and final reports); organized 6 Inspection Teams to implement the Grassroots Democracy Regulations, religious work, and the "Smart Public Mobilization" emulation movement; organized nearly 1.270 dialogues; The whole province built more than 1.000 models of "Smart Public Mobilization" in various fields..

At the meeting, delegates focused on discussing and clarifying the results achieved in thoroughly grasping and implementing the Central documents on mass mobilization work in the province and difficulties and obstacles in the implementation process; recommendations and suggestions to the Central Government to continue to effectively carry out mass mobilization work in Bac Ninh in the coming time.

Concluding the meeting, Mr. Pham Tat Thang acknowledged and appreciated the outstanding achievements of Bac Ninh province in implementing the people's mobilization work over the past time. He affirmed that new models, good practices and creativity of Bac Ninh will be synthesized by the Central Mass Mobilization Commission and included in the summary report on the implementation of directives and resolutions of the Party Central Committee on mass mobilization work.

He suggested that the Provincial Party Committee continue to closely follow the Party's guidelines and the guidance of the Central Mass Mobilization Commission on mass mobilization work in the new situation, concretize into schemes, plans, and work programs in accordance with local conditions and tasks; focus on consolidating and improving the operational capacity of the people's mobilization system at all levels, and prepare human resources for the 2025-2030 term to ensure quantity and quality as prescribed.

Speaking at the meeting, PPC’s Secretary Nguyen Anh Tuan assigned the Provincial Party Committee's Mass Mobilization Commission to synthesize, complete the report, and advise the Provincial Party Committee to continue to strengthen the leadership and direct the good implementation of the mass mobilization tasks in 2024 and the following years. At the same time, he expressed his hope to receive the attention and support of the Mass Mobilization Commission and the Central Committee's departments and branches to help Bac Ninh province improve the Party's leadership capacity and successfully complete the political tasks of 2024 and the period of 2020-2025.
