Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan discusses cooperation and investment promotion in China
(BNP) - A delegation of Bac Ninh province led by Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and leaders of the Institute of Digital and Green Transformation, as well as local leaders visited, exchanged cooperation and investment promotion with the business community and investors of China.

* On February 20, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan visited the Research and Development Center of Huawei Group in Beijing.
Huawei is a leading Chinese corporation in the fields of ICT infrastructure, digital energy, cloud computing and terminals, operating in over 170 countries and regions, ranking 4th in the world in terms of investment in research and development (R&D). The group currently has more than 140,000 licensed patents worldwide with more than 200,000 employees; sales revenue in 2024 was expected to be nearly USD 120 billion.

Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and members of the delegation visited the exhibition at Huawei Research and Development Center. They learned about Huawei’s innovative solutions in the fields of smart education, manufacturing, healthcare, smart cars and digital energy.

Chairman Tuan expressed his impression of Huawei’s formation and development process when it became one of the largest technology corporations in the world with many outstanding inventions and patents, pioneering in the field of new and high technology.

Tuan hoped that Huawei Group would research and explore investment opportunities in the province in areas such as: consulting on the complete development of the province’s concentrated information technology park; developing high-tech products; manufacturing electronic components, supporting industries; semiconductors; training high-quality human resources; developing products that bring benefits to businesses and people.

Chairman Tuan requested the Ambassador to continue supporting the province, acting as a bridge to promote and encourage Chinese enterprises to explore investment in Bac Ninh.
