Delegation of Quang Nam province visits and works in Bac Ninh

Receiving and working with Quang Nam delegation were Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Dao Quang Khai, leaders of relevant departments and sectors.

Vice Chairman Khai informed the outstanding achievements in the province's socio-economic development over the past time. Up to now, the province issued investment registration for 1,735 valid foreign investment projects with a total registered capital of USD 22.6 billion; 33 industrial clusters were established with an area of more than 1,000 ha.

In the past time, the province focused on the high-tech, modern and environmentally friendly industries; urban development projects, trade centers, and service industries with advantages and high added value.

In the coming time, he hoped that Bac Ninh and Quang Nam provinces would cooperate and share experiences in many fields, thereby, tightening the increasingly close relationship between the two localities.

At the meeting, leaders of departments and sectors shared experiences and exchanged clarifications on some contents related to the industrial cluster management model; the issuance of land use right certificates to secondary enterprises; sharing experiences in large investor attraction; the design of survey content, assessment of the DDCI index, etc.

For his part, Buu thanked for the attention and support of Bac Ninh province’s leaders as well as the ideas and suggestions of departments and branches. He affirmed that these will be the useful experience for Quang Nam province to apply in the locality. On the other hand, he wished that Quang Nam and Bac Ninh provinces as well as departments and branches continue to support in investment attraction, thereby, contributing to promoting the development of the socio-economic development of the two provinces.

Previously, the delegation visited Dong Tho multi-professional industrial cluster (Yen Phong district); Kinh Bac Urban Development Corporation, Goertek Vina Science and Technology Co., Ltd (Que Vo Industrial Park).
