Department of Finance deploys tasks in 2021

Vice Chairman Ngo Tan Phuong awards Certificate of Merit to collectives and individuals with outstanding achievements.

In 2020, the Department of Finance actively completed the assigned tasks, contributing to promoting economic growth, ensuring social security and development goals of the province. The province’s total State budget revenue reached more than VND 30,700 billion, equaling 104.8% of the estimate, of which, domestic revenue reached more than VND 24,300 billion, as 107% of the estimate. Total local budget expenditure was nearly VND 23,300 billion, as 102.2% of the estimate, of which, local budget balance was nearly VND 22,700 billion, reaching 119.9% of the estimate. Besides, the Department verified 159 works and work items with the proposed settlement value of more than VND 4,000 billion; determined land price adjustment coefficient for 10 projects and so on.

In 2021, the Department of Finance focused on implementing the Government's solutions to closely manage the fiscal policy; strictly manage budget expenditure according to the 2021 estimate; strengthen inspection, examination and supervision, ensuring publicity and transparency in state budget revenues and expenditures and capital construction investment; promote administrative reform, etc.

Speaking at the Conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Ngo Tan Phuong acknowledged and praised the achievements of the Department of Finance in 2020.

On this occasion, many individuals were awarded the medal by the Ministry of Finance with the medal "For the cause of Finance in Vietnam"; 3 collectives were awarded the title of "Excellent Labor Collective"; many excellent collectives and individuals received the Certificate of Merit from the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee and Certificate of Merit from the Director of the Department of Finance.
