Accordingly, public ethics is a specific form of social ethics, including standards and principles regulating the behavior and relationships of public servants in the performance of public duties and serving public service activities.

In order for public ethics and office culture to be fully and effectively implemented, it is necessary to promote propaganda work and regularly open training courses on skills and expertise so that cadres, civil servants, and public employees can raise their awareness and responsibility to grasp the provisions of the law on public ethics and office culture.

The lecturer brought delegates a new perspective and ways to build a standard behavioral style and working manner in the current situation.

Concluding the seminar, Mr. Nguyen Trung Hien sincerely thanked Dr. Dao Ngoc Bau for his enthusiasm and dedication in taking his time to deliver the topic. He acknowledged the seriousness and inquisitiveness of the cadres and party members in the meeting. These are basic, very practical and useful contents for each cadre and party member to study and improve themselves, contributing to building a cultural environment in the workplace in the current digital transformation period.
