Joining the Ha Tinh delegation were Mr. Vo Trong Hai, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; members of the Provincial Permanent People's Council, People's Committee; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, districts, towns and cities of Ha Tinh province.

Receiving and working with Ha Tinh delegation were Mr. Nguyen Quoc Chung, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Tran Thi Hang, Permanent Vice Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council and leaders of relevant departments and branches.

On behalf of Bac Ninh’s leaders, Chung quickly informed the outstanding achievements in socio-economic development of the province after more than 25 years of re-establishment. Bac Ninh has had many indicators among the top in the country, especially in investment attraction, development of industrial production, services, and trade. Chung wished the two provinces would together share valuable experiences, good practices in leadership, direction and administration to carry out socio-economic development tasks, thereby, bringing into full playing the potential growth, strengths, removing obstacles as well as creating new motivation to build the two provinces in the direction of civilization and modernity.

At the meeting, the two provinces shared their experiences in attracting investment, creating favorable conditions for businesses to feel secure to invest in the province for a long time; accelerating the disbursement of public investment capital; protecting environment in industrial clusters of craft villages, etc.

For his part, Ha Tinh’s Standing Deputy Secretary Tran The Dung thanked for the warm welcome of the leaders of Bac Ninh province and congratulated the Bac Ninh province’s outstanding achievements in recent years. He affirmed that the exchanges in the meeting would be lessons learned for Ha Tinh province to research and deploy locally in the near future.
