Health sector implements voluntary blood donation in 2025
(BNP) - To commemorate the 70th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2025), the health sector held a voluntary blood donation event with the theme "White Blouse - Pink Heart" from February 17-19, 2025.

The blood donation festival will take place at 6 venues, including the Provincial Center for Disease Control, Que Vo Town Medical Center, Tu Son City Medical Center, Yen Phong District Medical Center, Thuan Thanh Town Medical Center, and Luong Tai District Medical Center.
This blood donation campaign is expected to have more than 2,000 people registering to donate blood voluntarily with more than 1,700 units of blood received. The blood donors are all cadres, civil servants, public employees, workers, union members of the Health sector who are eligible to donate blood from public and non-public units from the provincial to communal levels and medical collaborators in villages/neighborhoods. The subjects are expanded to include relatives of patients coming for examination and treatment at medical facilities; workers and people in the province who voluntarily participate in blood donation.
