Industrial production index fell 3.13% in November
(BNP) - According to a report of the Department of Statistics, the index of industrial production (IIP) in November 2022 was estimated to decrease by 3.13% compared to the same month last year.

The processing and manufacturing industry, compared with the previous month and the same month of the previous year, decreased by 1.51% and 3.21%, respectively. Production and distribution of electricity, gas, hot water, steam and air-conditioning decreased by 8.9% but increased by 12.05%. Particularly in the water supply industry, management and treatment of waste and wastewater increased in both comparison bases (+2.28%) and (+9.53%).
Regarding industrial products, compared with the previous month, 16/23 main products achieved an increase, of which, 4/6 key products of the province achieved an increase: Normal mobile phone products (+ 24.1%); Cell phone batteries of all kinds (+17.3%); Smart watch (+13.7%). Compared to the same month last year, only 39% of main products achieved an increase, of which 2/6 key products of the province achieved an increase, which are: Electronic components (+6.2%). Regular mobile phones (+3.1%).
