Mobilize more than VND 110 billion to support youth union members starting up businesses
(BNP) - At present, the capital to support starting up businesses and job creation for youth union members in rural areas is constantly being supplemented and promoted with high effectiveness.
Many young people are got loans to startup businesses in rural areas.
Over the last two years, the province has provided career guidance to 39,623 students, demobilized soldiers and introduced jobs for 27,131 young people, laborers; organized vocational training for over 800 ones. The Youth Union has mobilized a total of VND 111.499 billion to support 5,275 youths starting up their businesses by getting loan form so far.
Annually, the Provincial Youth Union in collaboration with Department of Science and Technology, Department of Agriculture and Rural Development organize training courses on agricultural techniques and transfer of science and technology to young people in rural areas. During those courses, they have accessed new economic development policies, useful knowledge of economic development, application of science and technology in raising high-yielding cultivation and so on.
