MoU on sponsoring implementation of Men’s football development project in Bac Ninh province signed

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Bac Ninh Football Joint Stock Company signed the MoU.

Leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; Bac Ninh Football Joint Stock Company and representatives from the sponsors attended the signing ceremony.

According to the MoU, Bac Ninh Football Joint Stock Company will take charge of sponsoring the men’s football team in Bac Ninh province and coordinating to implement the “Men’s football development project in Bac Ninh province” at Decision no. 740/QD-UBND dated December 13, 2018 of the Provincial People’s Committee. The implementation time of phase 1 is from 2024 to 2030.

The Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism ensures the funding to pay wages, nutrition and other benefits for coaches and athletes, as well as hire experts following regulations. The Department will assemble, select, and comprehensively manage the training and coaching of the provincial teams; organize the provincial football tournament; and host the national tournament when it is eligible. It also needs to cooperate and support Bac Ninh Football Joint Stock Company in socializing sports, developing football in the province and professional football, etc.

Bac Ninh Football Joint Stock Company commits to being the sponsor for the football teams of Bac Ninh province. It will spend all costs for transferring athletes, hiring foreign coaches and experts. The Company also supports facilities, and ensures security, order, and conditions to meet training and coaching requirements.

This is a significant activity to actualize the Men's football development project in the province according to a comprehensive and sustainable way which is commensurate with the province’s potential and socio-economic development.
