Newly-established enterprises increase by 8% over same period
(BNP) - According to a report from the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first quarter of 2024, the province had 675 newly-registered enterprises, an increase of 8% over the same period in 2023 with a total registered capital of more than VND 6,418 billion, up 3.88%. An average registered capital of a newly-established enterprise reached VND 9.5 billion. Among them, the rate of online business registration applications reached 100%, ranking 1st in the country.

During the quarter, the province had 295 enterprises re-operating, an increase of 19.43%; 930 enterprises registered to temporarily suspend, an increase of 31.17%; 134 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures; 72 enterprises changed their type of operation, etc.
Accumulated up to now, there are 22,761 enterprises in the province with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 401,783 billion. Of which, 18,118 enterprises are operating with a total charter capital of more than VND 364,528 billion; an average registered capital per enterprise reaches VND 20.12 billion.
In addition, there are 2,014 enterprises temporarily suspending their operations with a total charter capital of more than VND 16,083 billion; 2,629 enterprises are not operating at their address with a total charter capital of more than VND 21,171 billion.
