Newly established enterprises rise 2.27%
(BNP) - According to report of the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 7 months of 2020, there were 1,352 newly established enterprises with a total registered capital of more than VND 11,258 billion, with an increase of 2.27% in number of enterprises; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 8.33 billion.

The province granted registration to establish branches, representative offices, business locations for 397 affiliated units; 134 businesses and 188 affiliated units implemented procedures for dissolution; 505 businesses and 77 affiliated units registered to suspend operations.
Also in 7months, 272 enterprises and 38 affiliated units registered to operate again; 172 enterprises converted their operations.
In July 2020, 234 enterprises newly established with a total registered capital of over VND 2,295 billion; the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 98.51%, ranking the 7th nationwide. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 9.81 billion.
Until now, there are 17,297 enterprises in operation in the province with total registered capital of more than VND 275,807 billion. The average registered capital per newly established enterprise reached VND 15.95 billion. Among which, there are 527 private enterprises, 9,468 One Member Limited Liability Companies, 4,735 Limited Liability Companies with Two or More Members and 2,566 joint-stock companies; 01 partnership and 3,391 affiliated units.
On the other hand, 315 enterprises and 95 subordinate units are temporarily suspended from business with a total registered capital of more than VND 6,527 billion.
