Number of newly established enterprises increases by 15.9%

(BNP) - According to the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 9 months of 2022, the province had 1,946 newly established enterprises (up 15.9% over the same period in 2021) with a total registered capital of more than VND 15,582 billion; the average registered capital of a newly established enterprise was VND 08 billion. Of which, the rate of online business registration applications reached 97.59%, ranking 8th in the country.

Also in 09 months, the whole province had 694 enterprises registered to operate again, up 26.2%; 1,187 enterprises registered to suspend operations, up 44.8%; 234 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures, up 9.9%; 233 enterprises changed the type of operation, an increase of 12.6%.

Accumulated up to now, there are 22,006 enterprises in the province with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 350,236 billion. Of which, 17,404 enterprises are operating with a total charter capital of more than VND 287,256 billion; The average registered capital per enterprise is VND 16.5 billion.

In addition, there are 1,270 enterprises registered to temporarily suspend operations with a total charter capital of more than VND 8,916 billion; issued notices of violations to 2,957 enterprises and issued a decision to revoke business registration certificates for 2,576 violating enterprises at the request of tax authorities.
