Over 200 newly-registered enterprises in January 2022

(BNP) – In January 1st, 2022, 234 newly-registered enterprises with total registered capital of VND 2,697 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration dossiers reached 95.7%, ranking fourth in the country; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 11.5 billion.

During the period, 286 enterprises were operated again; 31 enterprises were converted their type of operation; 397 enterprises registered to suspend operations; 27 enterprises registered for dissolution…

Up to now, there are 19,675 enterprises in operation with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 323,173 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise reached VND 16.43 billion. Among which, 10,985 One member limited liability company; 5.199 Limited liability companies with 2 or more members; 2,977 Joint stock companies; 496 Private enterprises and 01 partnership.

On the other hand, 1,717 enterprises and 238 affiliated units are temporarily suspending business with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 10,545 billion.
