Provincial leaders dialogue with 600 members of Farmers' Association, Labor Confederation, Women's Union, and Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union
(BNP) – On the morning of December 16, the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Labor Confederation, the Provincial Women's Union, and the Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union jointly organized a dialogue conference between provincial leaders and union members at Kinh Bac Cultural Center.

Attending the conference were Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee; Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Tran Thi Van, Deputy Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; leaders of departments, branches, sectors, localities and 600 delegates representing members of the Provincial Farmers' Association, the Provincial Labor Confederation, the Provincial Women's Union and the Provincial Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan said that recently, provincial leaders have organized many dialogue conferences with officials, union members and people.
The Chairman requested the delegates to discuss and exchange ideas on various fields. In particular, they focused on issues that are receiving attention from the people and the society. To ensure compliance with legislation, relevant departments, sectors, and agencies must actively listen, absorb comments, and reply quickly and readily.
At the conference, 19 direct questions from members and union members focused on issues such as: Investment in building houses in industrial parks for workers and laborers to enjoy social housing welfare policies and rent at preferential prices; attention to expanding the scale of schools in localities bordering industrial parks and clusters to meet the learning needs of children of workers working in industrial parks and increasing the level of support for children of workers and laborers working in industrial parks to study at non-public educational institutions.
In addition, members also proposed solutions to address the situation of students smoking electronic cigarettes; environmental pollution in Tu Ne craft village, Tan Lang commune, Luong Tai district and pollution in Thien Duc river, Song Lieu commune, Thuan Thanh town; additional construction of low-voltage power stations on riverside land in Cao Duc commune, Gia Binh district; increased inspection of electricity and water bill collection at boarding houses in industrial parks. Many questions were related to digital transformation, green transformation... as well as strategic solutions so that Bac Ninh people can truly be the center of digital transformation, participating in the role of digital citizens.
Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan and leaders of the provincial departments and sectors directly and satisfactorily answered questions to queries from members and union members.
At the same time, he also pointed out solutions in the coming time to support members and union members in socio-economic development, application of information technology, digital transformation to contribute to the rapid and sustainable development of Bac Ninh province.
Concluding the conference, Chairman Vuong Quoc Tuan acknowledged the enthusiastic, specific and practical opinions of the delegates. He suggested that the conference organizing committee synthesize the questions and send them to the Provincial People's Committee Office, requesting departments, sectors, units and localities to continue responding, and that they complete and report to the Provincial People's Committee within 5 days at the latest.
The Chairman urged political and social organizations to continue innovating their methods of organization, operation, and mass mobilization work, making the most of resources so that union members and members can effectively promote policies related to their agencies and units, thereby actively contributing to the common political tasks of the province.
