Registered capital of newly established enterprises increases by 15.27%

(BNP) - According to a report from the Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 5 months of 2024, Bac Ninh had 1,460 newly established enterprises, an increase of 6.49% over the same period in 2023, with a total registered capital of more than VND 20,329 billion, an increase of 15.27%. The average registered capital of a newly established enterprise was VND more than 13.9 billion.

Also in 5 months, 509 businesses were operated again, up 11.13%; 1,216 businesses registered to temporarily suspend operations, up 21.84%; 184 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures; 158 businesses changed their type of operation...

Accumulated to date, there are 23,452 enterprises in the province with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 415,093 billion. Of these, 18,589 businesses are operating with a total charter capital of more than VND 377,457 billion.

In addition, there are 1,964 enterprises temporarily suspending operations with a total charter capital of more than VND 15,594 billion; 2,899 businesses are not operating at their business address with a total charter capital of more than VND 22,040 billion.
