Revenue from transportation, warehousing and transportation support services in January 2025 increases by 6.9% over same period
(BNP) - In January 2025, the output and revenue of all three transport sectors (passengers, goods, warehouses and support services) in the province all had increasing indexes in both comparisons with the previous month and the same month of last year.
Revenue from transportation, warehousing and transportation support services increases by 4.9% compared to the previous month and increases by 6.9% compared to the same period.
Specifically, the passenger transport volume was estimated at 1,882.8 thousand passengers, up 1.8% over the previous month and up 3.5% over the same month of last year; correspondingly, the passenger turnover volume was estimated at 69.7 million passenger-km.
The volume of goods transported was estimated at 4.2 million tons, up 1.3% over the previous month and up 4.9% over the same month of last year; corresponding to an estimated turnover of 226.4 million ton-km.
Revenue from transportation, warehousing and transportation support services was estimated at VND 1,126.6 billion, up 4.9% over the previous month and up 6.9% over the same month of last year.
