Tay Ninh and Bac Ninh - intersection of two heritage regions

Leaders of Bac Ninh and Tay Ninh provinces congratulate artists and actors.

Mr. Nguyen Van Nen, Politburo member, Secretary of the Ho Chi Minh City Party Committee, former Secretary of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee enjoyed the performance. Bac Ninh’s leaders attending the program were Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee. The audience enjoyed and experienced the culture of the Southern region through the performances: Southern sunshine and wind, Visiting Tay Ninh - my hometown, Tay Ninh-Bac Ninh love story, dance performance “Tay Ninh fragrance” - National intangible cultural heritage of Tay Ninh incense making; the singing and dancing performance “Flowers and moon in Trang land” which introduces to the audience the Trang Bang dew-dried rice paper handicraft village - National intangible cultural heritage.

At the same time, they immersed themselves in the melodies of Bac Ninh Quan Ho folk songs with the performances: Meet and greet, Sit leaning on the boat's side, Quan Ho betel and areca, Please don’t leave, etc.
