Ca tru performance.

This is a sample performance organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism at monuments and tourist attractions in the province in 2024.

Attending the program were leaders of the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism; districts, towns and cities; leader of the Management Board of 14 tourist destinations in the province.

The program is implemented by the Bac Ninh Center for Monument Conservation and Tourism Promotion and the Provincial Cultural Center. The program organizes performances of traditional folk art forms such as: Ca tru, tuong, cheo, military drums, chau van, etc., with the participation of artisans from the Bac Ninh province Ca Tru Club; Tam Vong Ca Tru Club, Quang Vinh Cheo Club (Bac Ninh City), Bac Ninh Cheo Club, Ngo Noi Tuong Troupe (Yen Phong district). Coming to the program, people and tourists can also immerse themselves in the space of Kinh Bac countryside through a water puppet performance in Dong Ngu village, Ngu Thai commune.

The program was elaborately staged, with many unique and rich performances and performed in the space of an ancient and sacred temple, creating an impression and attracting people and tourists to visit and enjoy it.

Also at the program, Dong Ho folk painting handicraft products along with demonstration activities, experiencing Dong Ho folk painting handicrafts and mother-of-pearl mosaic products of elite artisan Nguyen Dinh Vinh were introduced. Along with that, there are typical culinary specialties of Bac Ninh such as: banh khuc of Diem village; banh te from Cho village; Bui Xa spring rolls; Dinh Bang bride and groom cake; Dinh To sauce; potato cake, Thi Cau five-color cake; Dap Cau spring rolls...; some of the province's OCOP products such as: An Thinh Ba Ly garlic, PTK steamed shrimp paste with meat...

The Organizing Committee also arranged a counter to introduce tourist information; displayed leaflets, brochures, documents, and publications introducing Bac Ninh tourism. At the same time, the exhibition introduced artistic photo works about Bac Ninh tourism.

Tourists visit works of art.

The program aims to create more performance space for artisans and clubs who practice traditional folk art forms; create opportunities for the public to access and understand more about the heritage of their hometown Bac Ninh; arouse pride and nurture love for traditional arts among strata of people, contributing to promoting the image and making Bac Ninh tourism industry increasingly developed.
