With the determination to bring digital transformation to every village and hamlet, the province has built a relatively synchronized digital infrastructure system. The entire province has installed 849 5G BTS stations, achieving coverage of over 92% of the population, creating favorable conditions for people to access digital services and apply technology in their lives.

Alongside infrastructure investment, the dissemination of information and training in digital skills has been widely implemented through various flexible forms, suitable to the actual conditions of ethnic minority communities. Direct training courses at the grassroots level, the "hands-on" model, the "Digital Literacy Movement," along with a system of 56 visual instructional videos and infographic materials, have helped people gradually become familiar with and proficient in using smartphones, online public services, the VNeID application, and cashless payment methods.

Currently, approximately 94% of households own smartphones, and 90% of adults have installed and activated their VNeID electronic identity verification account.

In particular, the network of 2,958 community-based digital technology groups with over 100,000 members has played a core role in bringing digital transformation to every household. These groups regularly support people in installing digital applications, guiding them through online administrative procedures, electronic payments, and raising awareness about cybersecurity.

Thanks to the decisive involvement of all levels and sectors, the digital capacity of people in ethnic minority areas has been significantly improved. The application of digital technology has also brought practical benefits to economic development. People are increasingly using social media and online platforms to promote and sell local products. The value of agricultural products sold through online channels currently reaches approximately 50 billion VND per year. Many exemplary models such as "Market 4.0 - Cashless Payment," "Youth Volunteers Supporting Digitalization," and "Digital Party Members Leading the Way" have contributed to strongly spreading the habit of using digital technology in the community.

Many people have proactively performed basic digital operations such as searching for information, paying with QR codes, using online public services, and transacting on digital platforms.

In the social sector, digital transformation has created remarkable progress. All medical facilities in the province have implemented electronic medical records and integrated more than 1 million electronic health records into the VNeID application. The education sector has completed the digitization of 100% of teacher and student data and implemented digital student transcripts. Over 100 tourist destinations and historical sites have been digitized using 3D technology, VR360, and QR codes, making it easier for locals and tourists to access multilingual information.

It can be affirmed that the work of enhancing digital capacity for people in ethnic minority and mountainous areas of Bac Ninh has achieved many positive results, gradually forming digital citizens and a digital society from the grassroots level. These results not only contribute to improving the material and spiritual lives of the people but also create an important foundation for the development of the digital economy and digital society, aiming for rapid and sustainable development in the new period.
