(BNP) - On the afternoon of June 12th, the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee worked with T&T Group Joint Stock Company (hereinafter referred to as T&T Group) to promote the implementation of the Group's projects in the province.

Attending the meeting were Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hong Thai; Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Pham Hoang Son; Vice Chairmen of the Provincial People's Committee: Pham Van Thinh, Dao Quang Khai, Le Xuan Loi, Ngo Tan Phuong, and Phan The Tuan; and leaders of relevant departments, agencies, and localities.
Representing T&T Group were Mr. Do Quang Hien, Founder and Executive Chairman of the Group, along with other members of the leadership team and representatives from member units.
Reporting at the meeting, representatives from T&T Group stated that the Group is currently implementing five projects in Bac Ninh province, including the Tu Lan - Bich Son - Trung Son Industrial Park, covering 150 hectares with an estimated total investment of VND 2,550 billion, and four urban and service area projects in various localities within the province. These projects are in the process of completing legal investment procedures but are facing some difficulties related to planning, land use, and urban and housing development programs.
T&T Group requested the province to continue supporting the resolution of obstacles, expedite the completion of legal procedures, and create favorable conditions for the projects to be implemented as planned; and to consider some proposals to adjust investment policies to align with local planning and development needs.
In addition, the Group proposed to study the investment in two new projects according to the revised Bac Ninh provincial planning, including the Huong Gian Urban Area (Tan Tien ward) and the Bac Giang High-Tech Innovation and Research Park Complex (Canh Thuy ward), with a scale of approximately 440 hectares.

Mr. Do Quang Hien expressed his sincere appreciation to the Provincial Party Secretary, the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, and leaders of provincial departments and agencies for their support and direct guidance in facilitating the Group’s investment projects in Bac Ninh.
He reaffirmed T&T Group’s commitment to implementing its projects swiftly, on schedule, and in compliance with quality and safety standards. Emphasizing the Group’s dedication, enthusiasm, and sense of responsibility, Mr. Hien stated that T&T is committed to contributing to Bac Ninh’s socio-economic development and supporting the province’s goal of becoming a centrally governed city in the near future.

Speaking at the meeting, Chairman Pham Hoang Son expressed his appreciation for T&T Group’s interest in investing in Bac Ninh and reaffirmed the province’s desire to see the Group’s projects implemented swiftly and effectively, commensurate with its role as a strategic investor.
The Chairman encouraged T&T Group to continue working closely with provincial departments, agencies, and local authorities to accelerate project implementation and proactively address any challenges arising during the process, with a view to bringing the projects into operation at the earliest opportunity and contributing to the province’s socio-economic development.
He also assigned relevant departments and agencies to expedite project appraisal procedures, finalize necessary documentation, and advise on the inclusion of eligible projects in the implementation pipeline in accordance with regulations. At the same time, he called for administrative procedures to be streamlined to the greatest extent possible in order to facilitate the prompt commencement of the projects.

Concluding the meeting, Secretary Nguyen Hong Thai stated that Bac Ninh is focusing on implementing many strategic tasks, including the plan to develop Bac Ninh into a centrally-governed city, the Gia Binh International Airport project, and a synchronous and modern transportation infrastructure system to strengthen regional connectivity, expand development space, and enhance the local competitiveness.
Affirming that Bac Ninh has a favorable investment environment and is fully qualified to meet the requirements of strategic investors, the Secretary emphasized that the province always stands alongside and proactively resolves difficulties and obstacles to create the most favorable conditions for businesses to implement projects.

Highly appreciating the role and capabilities of T&T Group, the Secretary expressed his hope that the Group will continue its long-term commitment and research investment in large-scale, iconic projects in Bac Ninh. At the same time, he expressed his hope that the contents agreed upon at the meeting would be effectively implemented soon, contributing to promoting socio-economic development and social welfare activities in the province.
