(BNP) - On January 21, Bac Ninh fellow-countrymen association in Thai Nguyen province led by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Nong, Chairman of the Association, visited and extended New Year’s greetings to the Party Committee, government and people of Bac Ninh province. Receiving the delegation were Ms. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Council; Ms. Nguyen Thi Ha, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Chairwoman of the Provincial Fatherland Front Committee.

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairwoman Nguyen Huong Giang wished the Bac Ninh Fellow-Countrymen Association in Thai Nguyen province to develop more and more, and celebrate a joyful and warm Tet. She quickly informed about the outstanding results achieved in all fields of the province in 2024 with many socio-economic indicators among the top in the country. She affirmed that in order to achieve the above results were thanks to not only the efforts of the whole Party and people in the province, but also the active contribution of Bac Ninh's fellow-countrymen living, studying, working on all regions of the country, including Bac Ninh Fellow-Countrymen Association in Thai Nguyen. Giang wished the leaders, officials and people in Thai Nguyen would have a better understanding of Bac Ninh, where is rich in traditional culture, revolution and dynamic in the period of integration, development, through the Bac Ninh Association of fellow-countrymen in Thai Nguyen.

For his part, Associate Professor, Dr. Nguyen Ngoc Nong, Chairman of the Bac Ninh Association in Thai Nguyen province, expressed his joy and pride when his hometown Bac Ninh is increasingly developing. He informed about the activities of the Association in recent times, affirming that despite being far from home, the members are always united, attached, promoting traditions, turning to their roots, contributing their efforts and intelligence to the development of their hometown. At the same time, he wished to continue to receive the attention and facilitation of the province so that the Association's activities can develop further, imbued with the traditional identity of Kinh Bac homeland.
