Bac Ninh’s rate of online business registration ranks 2nd in country

(BNP) – In the first two months of 2022, Bac Ninh se up 380 new businesses with a total registered capital of more than VND 3,783 billion. Among which, the rate of online business registration reached 96.23%, ranking 2nd in the country; the average registered capital per newly established enterprise was VND 9.96 billion.

Besides, 351 enterprises registered to operate again; 45 enterprises converted the type of operation; 457 enterprises registered to suspend operations and 57 enterprises carried out voluntary dissolution procedures.

Up to now, there are 19,567 enterprises in operation with a total registered charter capital of more than VND 324,960 billion; the average registered capital per enterprise reached VND 16.61 billion. Specifically, 10,986 one member limited liability company; 5,133 Limited liability companies with 2 or more members; 2,978 Joint stock companies; 467 Private enterprises and 01 partnership.

On the other hand, there are 1,024 businesses and 143 affiliated units are temporarily suspending business with a total registered capital of more than VND 6,226 billion.
