Of which, revenue from non-state taxes was VND 622.3 billion, reaching 19.8% of the estimate and increasing 2.1%. Import turnover increased, so the revenue from customs reached VND 1,058.8 billion, reaching 16.1% of the estimate and increasing 7.6%.

After 2 months, total local budget expenditure reached VND 2,884.3 billion, down 16.4% over the same period. In particular, expenditure for development investment was VND 1,588.4 billion, down 2.7% and frequent expenditure was VND 1,295.9 billion, down 8.7%.

In February only, total budget revenue was estimated at VND 1,853.7 billion, equaling 40.4% over the previous month and increasing by 14.8% compared to the same month last year. Total local budget expenditure was estimated at VND 1,359 billion, down 23.1% over the same month last year. During the month, local budget expenditure focused on spending for policy beneficiaries, retirement officers in order to ensure social security and stabilize the lives of official and civil servants, so the frequent expenditures increased.
