Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee receives and works with KABUL Group (Korea)
(BNP) - In the afternoon of January 8th, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee had a meeting with Mr. Joon Suk Choi, Vice President of the KABUL Group (Korea) on exploring opportunities for cooperation and investment in Bac Ninh province.

At the meeting, Mr. Joon Suk Choi said, KABUL Group is one of the largest corporations of Korea and operates in the various fields of construction, transportation, services and so on. It has currently implemented many investment projects in Vietnam. In the coming time, the Vice President of KABUL Group desired Bac Ninh province to pay attention and create conditions for the Group to soon invest in building a modern international general hospital in combination with a high-class nursing area which meets the need of medical examination and treatment of local people and foreign experts working in Bac Ninh province.
Extending greetings to Mr. Joon Suk Choi, the Vice President of KABUL Group, to Bac Ninh, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh briefed the delegation on the province's remarkable socio-economic achievements over the past years with many targets in the top of the country. Especially, Bac Ninh now attracts more than 1,200 enterprises from 33 countries and territories including over 700 Korean companies with a total capital of USD 12.5 billion and nearly 4,000 Korean people living and working in Bac Ninh.
Based on the close, historical relationship with Korea with many similarities, Bac Ninh province has twinned with Daegu city (Korea), thereby creating opportunities to learn about investment for both sides and contributing to fostering a good relationship between the two countries in general, the Chairman of Bac Ninh added.
For the investment policy of KABUL Group, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Construction to coordinate with departments and KABUL to implement the survey steps and build detailed investment plans in the coming time.
