Commercial electricity output increases by 11.54% in third quarter

(BNP) - Commercial electricity output in the third quarter was estimated at 2,212.3 million kWh, with an increase of 11.54% over the same period last year. Of which, the industry and construction sectors accounted for 78.82%, up 11.09% over the same period; consumer management accounted for 16.45%, up 13.05% over the same period. The rate of power loss in the third quarter was estimated at 2.23%, down 0.28% over the same period.

The average daily received electricity output is 24,058 million kWh; the largest daily output is 27,561 million kWh (August 28, 2020), Pmax is 1,302 MW (July 9, 2020), Pmin is 682.5 MW (August 3, 2020).

The access index for electricity reached 3.62 days, exceeding the target compared with the assigned plan. In the quarter, new customers were 4,503 cases; send more than 2.5 million notification messages to customers. The number of customers paying electricity bills through banks and intermediaries reached the rate of 80.4%; of which, the number of customers making non-cash electricity bill payment is 74.91%.
