Construction of urban area in Bang An and Viet Hung communes
(BNP) - Provincial People's Committee issued Decision No. 559/QD-UBND approving the detailed urban planning project in Bang An commune and Viet Hung commune, Que Vo district.

Accordingly, covering on an area of about 49.59ha and population of 7,200 people, urban area in Bang An and Viet Hung communes will be modern urban area with lots of green space, water surface, low construction density, highlight, unique identity, synchronously social and technical infrastructure, sustainable development.
Particularly, the green park, the lake combined with the square and the cultural and sports center in the central area plays the role of an open space, as an urban highlight, the iconic work of the urban area.
The land for construction of high-rise commercial service works is planned at the intersection area with Provincial Road (PR) 285B, as the main highlight work for the height.
The villas and adjacent houses are arranged interwoven with public works, greenery; the land for construction of high-rise social houses is planned on the side of PR 285B. Playgrounds for groups of houses and car parks are arranged in groups of houses….
Regarding the structure of land use, urban area land with scale of 47.7 ha consists of residential land (nearly 14 ha), land for construction of public works (4.3 ha), land for greenery and water surface (8 , 3 ha), land for traffic (20 ha), land for cultural and sports center (9,378 m2); the remaining traffic for updated projects (1.8 ha).
