Contributing ideas to planning Phat Tich Urban and Tourism Area
(BNP) - On May 16, Provincial People's Committee listened to and contributed ideas to Phat Tich Urban and Tourism Area. Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee chaired the meeting.

According to the consultant, Surbana (Singapore), the scope of planning Phat Tich Urban and Tourism Area covers an area of 2,130 hectares, an estimated population of 123,000 people, belonging to Hoan Son, Lien Bao, Canh Hung, Minh Dao, Phat Tich, Viet Doan communes (Tien Du district). This will be asynchronous and modern urban and tourism area with all conditions of social and technical infrastructure, preserving and promoting spiritual elements with different identities "Ancient - Mindful Spirit - Modern" and the motto" Work - Be happy - Have fun - Discover ". The project is divided into the main functions, namely, technology parks, residential areas, park, and spiritual tourism area with 7 wonders of Buddhism.
Speaking at the conference, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh highly appreciated planning Phat Tich urban and tourism area and requested Department of Construction, the consulting unit to acquire to complete the planning tasks, ensuring compliance with the regional planning and urban planning of Bac Ninh. In particular, it is needed to pay attention to design and architecture ideas in line with a smart city, thereby, building a unique, creative and modern urban and tourism area but still retaining its traditional beauty./.
