Delegation of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee visited and exchanged experiences in Bac Ninh

On behalf of the provincial leaders, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh was pleased to welcome the delegation of Ninh Binh province to visit and exchange experiences in the province, at the same time, quickly informed outstanding achievements in the socio-economic development of the province over the past time. Bac Ninh has basically fulfilled the targets set by the Resolution of the 19^th Provincial Party Committee Congress with many targets in the top ranking of the whole country so far.

Along with the strong socio-economic development, administrative reform is always paid special attention and directed by provincial leaders. Bac Ninh is among localities, where lead in e-Government and smart city building and one of 03 provinces approved by the Prime Minister to pilot the establishment of the provincial public administration center. After 2 years of operation, on average, each day there are 750-800 turns of organizations and citizens coming to carry out procedures at the Public Administration Centers; in which, 450 records were resolved early, reducing 500,000 hours/year,...

These results are thanks to the help, facilitation, and coordination of the central and local agencies. Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee expressed his wish that in the future, Bac Ninh and Ninh Binh would continue to have cooperative programs, experience exchange, especially in administrative reform and e-government building, contributing to the successful implementation of the socio-economic development tasks, strengthening the good relationship between 02 localities.

On behalf of the delegation of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Dinh Van Dien expressed his sincere thanks for the respectful reception and very open opinions of Bac Ninh leader.

Leader of Ninh Binh province Dinh Van Dien affirmed that this would be a valuable experience for Ninh Binh to apply practically in administrative reform, building e-Government and deploying smart city model as well as effective operation of the Provincial Public Administration Center, contributing to the overall socio-economic development of the province.

Previously, in the afternoon of July 23, the delegation of Ninh Binh Provincial People's Committee visited the provincial Public Administration Center, Data Integration Center (at Bac Ninh Department of Information and Communication).
