Deploying 300-day movement to create public digital signatures for people
(BNP) – The Provincial Youth Union, Women's Union, Veterans Association, Farmers' Association, and Labor Federation of Bac Ninh province have just signed a plan to coordinate and deploy 300-day movement to make public digital signatures for people in Bac Ninh province.

The plan aims to contribute to the effective implementation of Resolution 52-NQ/TU, dated March 18, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on the digital transformation program of Bac Ninh province to 2025 with a vision to 2030; Plan No. 313/KH-UBND, dated June 8, 2022 of the Bac Ninh Provincial People's Committee on the action plan to implement Resolution 52-NQ/TU, dated March 18, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee.
The plan will be implemented from January 2025 to the end of September 2025 in all residential areas, businesses, industrial parks, and schools throughout the province. The subjects are people from 18 to under 55 years old who are currently working, living, studying, and working in Bac Ninh province.
The content focuses on deploying, propagating, and mobilizing all classes of people, youth, and members to participate in responding to and effectively implementing Resolution 52-NQ/TU, dated March 18, 2022 of the Provincial Party Committee on the digital transformation program of Bac Ninh province to 2025 with a vision to 2030; deploying digital signatures for people aged 18 and over who are currently working, living, studying, and working in the province through digital signature software provided by VNPT. Organizing training for community digital technology teams, union officials at all levels of the Farmers', Women's, Veterans' Associations, and grassroots trade unions on how to deploy and how to make digital signatures for people. At the same time, deploy the campaign "Go to every alley, knock on every door" with the core being members of the community digital technology team (Youth, women, farmers, trade unions...) to go to each person's house, to each school, business, industrial park to install digital signatures for people.
The Provincial Youth Union is a standing agency, responsible for advising, reporting to the province, and organizing and implementing coordination plans to districts, towns, city Youth Unions, and affiliated Youth Unions in the entire province; presiding over and coordinating with the Department of Information and Communications, Provincial Police, and VNPT Bac Ninh to deploy software to create digital signatures for people and coordinate training for community digital technology. At the same time, it is in charge of deploying and producing digital signatures for residents aged 18 to 35 throughout the province.
The Provincial Women's Union promotes and mobilizes Women's Union members at all levels to actively respond to the plan's content and to assist in organizing family members to sign digital signatures. Responsible for coordinating with the Provincial Youth Union to implement digital signatures for women aged 35 to under 55 throughout the province. The Provincial Veterans Association promotes and mobilizes Veterans Union members at all levels to actively respond to the plan's content, as well as to mobilize family members to make digital signatures; it is also in charge of coordinating with the Provincial Youth Union to deploy digital signatures for Veterans under the age of 55 throughout the province.
