Exciting activities at STEM Festival of Bac Ninh province
(BNP) - In the morning of April 7, at the Han Thuyen High School (Bac Ninh city), the Provincial Association of Information and Communications in cooperation with Department of Information and Communications, Department of Education and Training organized the STEM (Sciences, Technology, Engineering, Maths) Festival of Bac Ninh in 2019 with the theme "Smart environment". This is the second year that STEM festival is organized and is one of the activities to respond to the Vietnam Book Day in Bac Ninh.

Attending the festival were Mr. Nguyen Van Phong, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; representatives of relevant departments, and teachers, parents, and students who love science and technology from primary, secondary and high schools in Bac Ninh city.
This year's festival has about 20 booths for STEM products; experience of designing and manufacturing STEM of students from Han Thuyen High School (Bac Ninh City), Ta Quang Buu High School and Lower Secondary School, Trung Vuong Secondary School, Thach Ban Primary School, STEM Academy, KidCode Institute, Creative Gara Creative Workshop (Hanoi City), Aircraft Model Club (Hanoi Children's Center),...
During the Festival, students, parents, and teachers visited exhibitions and experienced intellectual games such as Robot pushes the ball, robot’s arm controls by thinking, manufacturing remote control aircraft online,... In addition, students participated directly in science shows; learning game programming; Robot and programming. This is a very useful activity to support students, teachers, and parents in the form of training and education to equip knowledge and life skills so that they can develop creative and vocational ideas right from the school time.
With so many interesting activities, the STEM Festival of Bac Ninh province in 2019 has become a place for students to exchange learning and also to light up the love and enthusiasm for the science.
