Free money transfer to support people due to Covid-19 pandemic

Following the Government's direction on measures to support people facing difficulties due to the Covid-19 pandemic under Resolution No. 42/NQ-CP and Decision No. 15/2020/QD-TTg, the State Bank of Vietnam Nam asks credit institutions and branches of foreign banks to provide free payment services to beneficiaries through direct payment to their accounts. At the same time, it is free of charge for transferring money via Social Policy Bank's deposit account at the credit institution when transferring money to the employer to pay the salary to stop working for the employee.

If any problems and difficulties arise, they are promptly reported to the State Bank of Vietnam for summarization and coordination in research and handling.
