From March 1, 2020, receiving online applications for enterprise registration

Individuals and businesses register via the National Business Registration Portal.

Specifically, in case of online registration using the business registration account, individuals and businesses submit a set of paper-based enterprise registration dossiers enclosed with a receipt of online enterprise registration dossiers and notification of valid online enterprise registration to Business Registration Division (under Department of Planning and Investment) with the information of address, name, phone number of the recipient.

After collation, in case of complete and valid application, Business Registration Division will send the results via post (free of charge) to individuals and businesses according to the information received.

For the case of online registration using public digital signatures, individuals and businesses when applying online, in addition to the prescribed documents enclosed with a document stating the registration information to receive the result via the post, Business Registration Division will send the results via post (free of charge) to individuals and businesses according to the information received.

The receipt of online enterprise registration documents aims to concretize the commitment signed by the Chairwoman of the Provincial People's Committee at the opening ceremony of the National Public Service Portal with the roadmap that online public services will be integrated and provided on the Portal ensuring a minimum of 20% of the total public service provided by the province each year as well as implement Decision No. 388/QD-UBND on the Action Program for the implementation of Resolution No.14-NQ/TU dated January 25, 2018 of the Provincial Party Executive Committee on the development of post, telecommunications and information technology of Bac Ninh province to 2020, orientation to 2030.
