(BNP) - On March 22, the delegation of MobiFone Corporation worked at the Provincial Public Administration Service Center on the application of IT and digital transformation in handling administrative procedures to serve people and businesses in the province.

In recent times, MobiFone has closely coordinated with Bac Ninh province in applying IT and digital transformation of state administrative agencies. In particular, it has provided a set of solutions to the province to support people and businesses with digital signatures, electronic invoices, thereby, contributing to improving the efficiency of administrative procedure settlement and implementing digital transformation in the province.

Based on the operating model of the Provincial Public Administration Service Center, MobiFone will continue to support the Center in applying AI technology to improve the operational efficiency of the Digital Station, the Data Establishment System, and virtual assistant software to support people and businesses in resolving administrative procedures and related issues.

With specific support directions from MobiFone, the Provincial Administrative Service Center will research and advise the Provincial People’s Committee to continue promoting the application of IT and digital transformation in handling administrative procedures, thus serving the needs of businesses and people better and better in the coming time.
