Offering incense to commemorate Heroic Martyrs and General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu

(BNP) - On January 22, 2025 (i.e. December 23, Giap Thin year), on the occasion of the 95th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of Vietnam and the Lunar New Year At Ty 2025, a delegation of the Provincial Party Committee, People’s Council, People’s Committee, and Fatherland Front Committee led by Mr. Nguyen Anh Tuan, Member of the Party Central Committee (PCC), Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee (PPC), Head of the Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Deputies, offered incense to commemorate the heroic martyrs and General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu at the Provincial Heroic Martyrs Monument and Nguyen Van Cu Park (Bac Ninh city).


Delegates observe a moment of silence to commemorate the contributions of the heroic martyrs.

Joining the delegation were Mrs. Nguyen Huong Giang, Standing Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairwoman of the Provincial People’s Council; Mr. Vuong Quoc Tuan, Alternate Member of the PCC, Deputy Secretary of the PPC, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee.

In a solemn atmosphere, the delegation respectfully offered incense and flowers, and observed a minute of silence to commemorate the heroic martyrs who heroically sacrificed for national independence and the happiness of the people; to commemorate the merits of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu - Head of the Communist Party of Vietnam during the period 1938 - 1941, an outstanding leader of our country’s revolution, one of the typical students of the great President Ho Chi Minh, an outstanding child of our nation and of the heroic and cultural homeland of Bac Ninh, an exemplary communist who fought and sacrificed his whole life for the independence and freedom of the Fatherland and the happiness of the people.

On this occasion, President Luong Cuong sent a flower basket to pay respect to the spirit of General Secretary Nguyen Van Cu.
