Online reception of administrative procedures online for investment outside an Industrial Park

(BNP) - In the face of complex outbreak of Covid-19 epidemic and urgent measures taken following direction of Chairwoman of Provincial People's Committee, Department of Planning and Investment will receive online administrative procedure dossiers for investment outside an Industrial Park.

Investors and economic organizations implement administrative procedures through Provincial Public Service Portal.

Accordingly, the Department of Planning and Investment urges investors and foreign-invested economic organizations to summit administrative procedures for investment outside an Industrial Park online via Provincial Public Service Portal at https://dvc.bacninh.gov.vn.

Investors and economic organizations shall send by post a paper-based investment registration dossier with receipt of online application to Department of Planning and Investment with information of the recipient including full name, address and phone number to email address: ktdn.bn@gmail.com.

After checking, if the application file is complete and valid, the Department of Planning and Investment will send results by post to investors and economic organizations according to provided information. If the application file is not complete and valid, the Department will guide for adjustment via email or by phone.

For 2019 financial statements, investors and business organizations send by post to the head office of the Department of Planning and Investment.
