Phuc Son Communal House was ranked as a historical and cultural relic by the Provincial People's Committee in 2004. It was a cultural and religious work with a long history of formation and development.

At present, the communal house has architecture style of pre-Chines “Nhat” letter and post- Chinese “Cong” letter, including: 3- compartment Front Ceremonial Hall; 5-compartment Great Communal Hall; 2-compartment “Ống muống”; 3-compartment Emperor’s Harem, bearing the impression of carving art of the Nguyen Dynasty.

In the communal house of Tan Vien Son Thanh (Quy Minh Dai Vuong) who helped protect the country during the 18th Hung Kings period, this is a general with many talents, through heaven and earth, and extremely magical. Considered by the King to be a man of unparalleled intelligence. Therefore, it has been worshiped in many places.

Phuc Son Communal House also preserves a number of antiquities from the Le - Nguyen dynasties, such as: stone stele, ordination, diaphragm, couplets, etc., which are evidence for the development of the history of the communal house as well as the homeland here.
