Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen Nhan Chien, Member of Party Central Committee, Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Head of Provincial Delegation of National Assembly Members; Nguyen Huu Quat, Standing Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee; Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of Provincial People's Committee, members of Provincial Party Standing Committee, People’s Committee, People’s Council, Fatherland Front Committee, and leaders of departments, localities and a great number of people, visitors inside and outside the province.

In very favorable weather condition, the image of male and female singers (liền anh, liền chị) dressing traditional costume and singing Quan ho folksongs on dragon boat highlighted the beauty, the difference with other kinds of folksong. A wide range of songs sung with its own significance, by the love of Kinh Bac people, touched heart of audiences, making them immersed in such a typically cultural space.

In the atmosphere of reunion, tourists were suddenly listened to a Quan ho song named “Nguyệt gác mái đình” (Moon hanging on roof of communal house) performed by a “male singer” coming from a southern province at the part of singing exchange between artists and audiences, and understanding Quan ho’s culture by answering questions of Organization Board. The Quan ho’s lyrics have had a strong attraction to those who have ever arrived in Bac Ninh.

Students join folk games

Within framework of the program, variety of responded activities were organized such as performances of Dong Ngu Water Puppetry; introduction of Dong Ho folk painting, Phu Lang Pottery; exhibition of local specialties, promotion of Bac Ninh tourism routes, and street art performance activities at the area of Ly Thai statue and on Nguyen Phi Y Lan road.
