Propaganda content creation contest for “Traffic Culture” code of Bac Ninh people held

The contest aims to raise awareness among Youth Union officials, members and children about Resolution 87 – NQ/TU of the Bac Ninh Provincial Party Standing Committee, Plan 71/KH-UBND of the Provincial People’s Committee on building a “Province of traffic safety”; Decision 600/QD-UBND of the Bac Ninh Provincial People’s Committee on issuing a “Traffic Culture” code for Bac Ninh people. At the same time, it creates positive changes in the consciousness, attitudes and behaviors of union members and children when participating in traffic, building and forming a traffic culture among children; building awareness among young people and children about complying with traffic laws, implementing the “Traffic Culture”, and obeying basic rules when participating in traffic. As a result, it contributes to completing the tasks of building a “Province of traffic safety”.

The contest is divided into 2 tables. Table A is for students and trainees (collectively referred to as students) aging from 6 to 18 years old in high schools, continuing education centers, and vocational-continuing education centers. Table B is for union members and young people aging from 19 to 35 years old.

The contestants will make Tiktok videos to post on the Tiktok channel of the Organizing Committee according to the contest content. Among which, in table A, the contestants will create videos with propaganda contents about 10 rules for traffic participants following Article 5 of the Code. Table B’s contestants will film videos with propaganda contents about 18 rules in the “Traffic Culture” code of Bac Ninh people.
