Provincial leader receives Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital (Korea)
(BNP) - In the afternoon of November 29th, Mr. Nguyen Tu Quynh, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee received and worked with Mr. Kim Sioh, President of Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital (Korea).
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee presents traditional village products to Mr. Kim Sioh.
At the meeting, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Tu Quynh delighted to welcome the delegation of Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital to visit and organize charity activities in Bac Ninh, thereby, implementing the Memorandum of Cooperation between Bac Ninh province and Deagu city.
He also briefed on the outstanding achievements in the province’s socio-economic development in recent years. At present, Bac Ninh has more than 600 Korean enterprises in operation in the province, actively participating in social security and promoting economic development of the locality.
The Chairman hoped Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital to cooperate with Bac Ninh General Hospital in the field of health services, the exchange of information and materials and cooperation in training human resources for health workers and support for access to new technologies, thereby improving the quality of medical examination and treatment in the province.
Thanks to the warm welcome of provincial leaders, Mr. Kim Sioh said that implementation of the memorandum of cooperation between Bac Ninh province and Deagu city (Korea), from November 28th to 30th 2018, the delegation of Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital would organize volunteer activities in Bac Ninh province.
He highly appreciated the scale, capacity and quality of the medical staffs of the Provincial General Hospital in meeting the demand of medical examination and treatment of people. He desired that in the coming time, two units will often exchange experiences in order to improve the quality of medical examination and treatment, thereby fostering closer cooperation between Bac Ninh province and Deagu city.
According to the working program, Kyungpook Chilgok National University Hospital would conduct voluntary medical examination and treatment for elderly people and presented gifts to disadvantaged students in Thuy Hoa commune, Yen Phong district and donated charity houses in Luong Tai district.
