Rate of online business registration records reached 56.57%
(BNP) - According to Department of Planning and Investment, in the first 5 months of 2019, the province has granted business registration certificates to 900 enterprises with a total capital of over VND 10,697 billion; in which, the rate of online registration dossiers reached 56.57%, ranking the 9th nationwide.

The province issued establishment registration of branches, representative offices and business locations for 216 subordinate units and performed dissolution procedures for 92 enterprises and 50 affiliated units; 296 enterprises and 32 affiliated units registered to suspend operation.

By the end of May 2019, the province has 14,578 enterprises and 2,799 affiliated units operating with a total registered capital of more than VND 219,189 billion. In which, there are 515 private enterprises, 01 partnership company, 7,716 limited liability companies, 4,155 limited liability companies with 2 or more members, 2,191 joint stock companies.
In addition, 497 enterprises and 40 affiliated units are temporarily suspending business with a total registered capital of more than VND 2,534 billion.
