Standing Vice Chairman of Provincial People’s Committee Dao Quang Khai attends groundbreaking ceremony to expand Le Van Thinh High School
(BNP) - On January 3, Mr. Dao Quang Khai, Member of the Provincial Party Standing Committee, Standing Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee attended the groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of Le Van Thinh High School, Gia Binh district.

Le Van Thinh High School was established in 1997 with 6 classes, 315 students and 16 staff and teachers. Through the development process, the school now has 96 staff and teachers with 43 classes and 1,970 students. Le Van Thinh High School is always considered one of the high schools with good educational quality in the province.
The Provincial People’s Committee has approved the investment project to expand and improve the quality of facilities at Le Van Thinh High School with a total investment of VND 74 billion from the provincial budget in 2 phases of 2021 - 2025 and 2026 - 2030. The project implementation period is until the end of 2026.

The project is implemented on a 0.92ha land plot, adjacent to the northwest of the current school. The total area of Le Van Thinh High School after expansion is 3.42ha. The project is implemented with the goal of the School reaching National Standard Level 2.

Standing Vice Chairman Dao Quang Khai requested the Department of Construction to closely coordinate with relevant parties to direct investors to strengthen inspection, supervision and quality management.
Representing the Joint Venture Contractor, Mr. Le Van Nhat committed to completing the project within 500 days with the spirit of “transparency and responsibility”, thus completing the construction on schedule.
