Subjects of 10th Bac Ninh Provincial Phu Dong Health Association completed phase 1

Athletes compete in stick pushing.

The Stick Pushing took place from March 12 - 13 at Bac Ninh High School for the Gifted with the participation of 130 athletes, competing in 12 events at the secondary school. At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 12 First, 12 Second and 30 Third prizes to athletes in each content.

Badminton took place from March 11 to 13 at the Bac Ninh Provincial Multi-Purpose Gymnasium with the participation of 332 athletes, competing in 15 contents at ages from secondary school to high school. At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 15 First, 15 Second and 30 Third prizes to athletes in each content.

Taking place from March 13 - 15 at the Bac Ninh Provincial Multi-purpose Gymnasium, Shuttlecock attracted 319 athletes, competing in 15 contents at ages from primary school to high school. At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 15 First, 15 Second and 30 Third prizes to athletes in each content.

Athletics took place from March 15 - 17 at Bac Ninh University of Physical Education and Sports with the participation of 417 athletes, competing in 32 contents at ages from primary school to high school. At the end, the Organizing Committee awarded 32 First, 32 Second and 64 Third prizes to athletes in each content.

In addition, in each content, the Organizing Committee also awarded 01 First, 01 Second and 01 Third prize for the whole team to excellent units.

Phase 2 of the 10th Bac Ninh Province’s Phu Dong Health Association is expected to take place in April 2023 with 05 subjects including Football; Karate; Taekwondo; Chess and Swimming. The opening ceremony is scheduled to take place on April 20.

According to the plan of the Ministry of Education and Training, the 10th National Phu Dong Health Association in 2024 will be held in 02 phases including subjects of Phase 1 will be competed in the region from April 1 to June 20 (of which, Athletics held in Bac Ninh province); subjects of phase 2 will be competed in Hai Phong city from July 16 - 28.

Based on the capacity, strengths and weaknesses of Bac Ninh school sports, the Provincial Education and Training sector is expected to participate in Phu Dong Health Association - region II in Thai Nguyen province with 6/11 subjects and the national competition in Hai Phong with 8/15 subjects.

Phu Dong Health Association is organized to maintain and promote the campaign "All people exercise according to the example of the great Uncle Ho", helping secondary and high school students regularly practice and compete in sports to improve their health, physical development, thereby contributing to improving the quality of comprehensive education for students.
